At HARIO Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all glassware and ceramic items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused product in its original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and pack it securely into a shipping carton.
Ship to HARIO
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our European distribution center using a trackable shipping service.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
